Located ¼ mile from Interstate I 30, the B&B is only 45 minutes from Downtown Dallas and 1 hour from Canton. The home is partially constructed of items from the Byrd Estate that was located on the corner of Utopia and Walnut. Some of those architectural features include the six columns, beveled leaded glass work surrounding the front door and hard wood floors on the second level of the home that date back to the turn of the century.
